How to register a beer online, in a nutshell:
  1. Read the full rules.
  2. Register on this site.
  3. Using the online entry form, enter the information for your first beer, and Click "Enter This Beer".
  4. Click the button or regular link you see to bring up the label screen, and print 1 copy.
These can be your 2 bottle labels. If using the link, use your browser's Back button to return here.
Check your Profile page to eliminate duplicate entries or edit your info. You can also print labels there.
  5. Attach 1 label per entry using rubber bands, not tape or glue.
  6. Don't send us a recipe to be considered for the Brewmaster's Choice Award this year. You
will need one eventually if you are chosen.
  7. Repeat for as many beers as you would like to enter.
  8. Drop off or send in your entries to one of the locations listed in the Dropoff Locations page. Fee is $7
per entry. You can Paypal info@homebrewalley.org, or write a check to Chris Cuzme,
    rubber-banded to an entry.
  9. If you really cannot get your beers entered online, please email us. You can download entry forms and
    bottle labels to the left.
  10. As it is now past the dropoff date of January 20, we've closed registration.
Please Check your Profile page and make sure your entries are correct.
Judges: If you are bringing bottles to the competition, PLEASE CONSIDER bringing them to Bottle Night Thursday or the first round of judging on Friday evening so we can complete more categories to judge Friday evening! We have a record number of entries and not really enough judges to judge them in two flights on Sunday.

We need judges for Friday evening as well. The more, the merrier, and the more complete flights of entries we have, the more categories we can judge prior to the main competition Sunday morning!

Tentative Schedule for Sunday:
08:30 Judges arrive, especially if bringing entries! Please be no later than 8:45!
08:30 Bagels and coffee, juice, etc.
09:00 Judging assignments
09:15 Judges are seated and ready to judge
12:00-1:30 Lunch break
14:00 Second set of judging commences
16:30-17:00 Best of Show is judged. At this point, non-event personnel - homebrewers, guests, interested passersby - may enter the judging area
16:30-... Raffle
17:00-18:00 Winners announced, with the awarding of prizes

Feel free to email Chris, the organizer, or Dave, the tech guy, with questions.
